naked and feeling exposed,
no war paint used to
face enemy lines,
a blank canvas to host
artistic designs

Day #2 assignment: something red

Light the match. Set fire to the bridge.

Toss everything into the flames that you want to be erased.

And as you hear the sweet crackle of burning memories... smile and walk away.
